Investment Opportunity

• Minimum required investment fund is $50,000 per investor.
• Minimum required investment period is 2 years and investor can renew every year.
• Each mortgage fund will be transfered to the lawyer's trust account in order to register as a mortgage holder for closing.
• An investment with FIMAX will be secured by a specific property as a mortgage holder.
• All investors will be provided with periodic statements relating to the details of the mortgage investment status such as funding amount to each property, investment period, appraisal value, loan to value, yield return, etc.
• Mortgage investment through FIMAX will be professionally managed and serviced until maturity.
• Mortgage Investment is not guaranteed by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or by FIMAX Capital Corporation.
